Did the Israelis use ITOWs in Lebanon?

According to July 20's National Intelligence Daily, the Israelis likely used an "Israeli improved version of the TOW or Saggers" to destroy Syrian T-72s.

The ITOW had just entered American service in 1981 so I would question it's wide use in Israeli service in 1982. Could the "Israeli improved TOW" possibly be a baseline with a longer guidance wire? That being said I wouldn't question the usage of Saggers as the Israelis did capture large quantities during the 1973 October War.
