Sleep paralysis and OBE. How paralyzed are you really?

So, I am getting familiar with the stages to get to an OBE. Vibrations and paralysis. One my most successful attempt I was paralysed and didn´t even think of yawning - I could move you eyes though, other times I am paralyzed or at least body shutting down but could probably move if I wanted to. I yawn though sometimes but try to suppress it. How paralyzed are you when you´re approaching an OBE? If I can yawn, am I then not paralyzed enough and not close to OBE even though I am in the vibrational state? What´s your experiences?
