Chase Ink Business no longer earning 3x points on eBay shipping labels

I use the Chase Business Ink credit card through PayPal to purchase shipping labels on eBay for. I was earning 3x points for shipping until July 26, 2025 when the merchant name and category suddenly changed.

I know it's how eBay is sending the transaction but I contacted Chase today about it as a starting point to figuring out what happened and they credited me back the missing points which was super nice. I've switched to my AMEX to get at least 2x points in the mean time but I'm a little disappointed this stopped working.

I have reached out to eBay and am waiting to hear back but I am wondering if anyone in this group uses this card for the same purchase and has had the same issue, or if it's still working for you?
