iPhone 17 Pro Max Skins do not fit (Full coverage)

Hello everybody,

I wanted to post here to draw attention to the iPhone 17 Pro (Max) Skins not fitting.
From my past experiences I knew that the fit was tight and the instruction videos show such a terrible way of installing that youre better off just eyeballing it.
But: It was possible and looked good afterall - which was a win in my book, no matter how hard the installation is.

For my 17PM Skin, I decided to completely disregard all experience I had with these skins. I followed the instructions 1:1 and its perfectly aligned in the bottom. It fits perfectly in the top. Around the camera bump? Fits beatifully.
The sides and the flaps on the corners however are all WAY too long. Not even remotely close to fitting.
The skin just hangs over on the display - on BOTH sides - even though I have already wrinkled it to try and push it back so at least the buttons can poke through the holes.

I have no idea how a product can be shipped like this - either there is no QA or they simply do not give a fvck. If you want full coverage to use the skin without a case, do not buy. Or at least dont get your hopes up that it will look the way it does in their advertisements - itll look moreso like a piece of paper you printed and glued to your phone. Honestly, I could probably do a better job getting the correct measurements that way.

I knew they were not great in the past but holy shit, they got so, so so SO MUCH worse. This was absolutely horrid and I will never buy again. It would have been less of a scam if they just didnt ship it.

Sadly, I do not have any product photos as the skin is applied to my only phone/camera.
