Counter to grapples

Im a beginner and everytime I Spar with some of my fellow club members they grapple the sword and stuff, does It have a name in any manual or smth? Plus, how do I counter It ;_; Its just an instant win against me, + I feel like trying to grab the sword from my opponent is impossible or dangerous. Any help? 😭
