Feedback request from hiring managers on how i present my recent work history?

I was laid off and my most recent job was as a product manager, but it was a rotation and not the title I was given when i was hired on. How should i reflect that on my linkedin and resume? It was about 1 year (long i know but we were in a hiring freeze and the HR change kept getting pushed out for multiple people). Should i make it its own separate section or a bullet point under my "official job title"? Would being in a rotation that long raise any red flags?
