Polo tdi gear stuck while initial start

Hey folks can you help me about my polo tdi 2017model I change it’s transmission fluid and I’m staring the transmission because buttery smooth but now like after 500 -700 km it’s same stucks while initially engine start Should I change the oil or check its level
