Helped an old lady, saw blood and a broken bone, I cant stop thinking of it.

I went to the grocery store, and theres was a scream of "HELP!!!" at the parking lot when I was getting out of my vehicle, I noticed a lady and her mom struggling to get her in the vehicle, they were struggling as if she had fallen from the grocery store scooter, my reaction was to get closer and try to help her... the whole situation was a little hard since the old lady was on the bigger side of weight and body shape was wide, so grabbing her was uncomfortable for two reasons, I didnt know the lady and she didnt know me so that in all is awkward so touching her was weird for both?, and the other was the position , the scooter was in the way and the vehicle door was on her other side, she was trapped in between the scooter, car, and door, so im just staring trying to figure out a way to help her, while the lady and daughter? are screaming as a panic attack, so i grab the old lady and try to wrestle to bring her up into her car, and she was VERY HEAVY, humans are heavy even when skinny, I couldnt get her on the car i back up and three ladies tried also, and they couldnt, so they were like "lets set her on the ground (concrete) first", and the old lady was in shock, and yelling my foot be careful, her whole weight fell on her foot/ankle, her calves seemed wide so I assumed her feet/ankle didnt work (maybe related to diabetes or something like that), but this wasnt the case, when they put her on the ground I assume her ankle broke, because the foot was already deadhanging from her calve (shocking for me, since I despise seen those types of things), when two more guys came and help , we were able to get her into the frame of the vehicle, and I was more focused on keeping her ankles straight (at this point I didnt know she had broken her ankle), when we finally got her into the seat, the ankle was dripping blood, and thats when I panicked, I felt chills in a very uncomfortable way, and thats when I noticed her ankle broke when they set her on the ground (we werent able to see anything since she had a long skirt and we couldnt see the feet when we sat her on the ground), I told the security guy from the parking lot to immediately call an ambulance because that was not right for her to leave like that, the daughter started calling an ambulance, and I just went into this trauma of seeing the blood and that I touched a broken ankle, the daughter thanked us very much, and i still went into getting my groceries, but I felt traumatized almost wanting to cry ( im 32M, 6'5, but with a lot of emotions), walking through the store I just couldnt get the image of the dripping blood thru her sock on the concrete, and I still cant get it out of my head the whole situation, her smell like lotion or whatever stayed stuck with me and every time i smelled it, it brought back the memory of the blood and broken ankle, I came back to my house and immediately took a shower, but still CANT GET THE WHOLE SITUATION out of my head!! I feel very weird, I thought seeing blood wouldnt traumatize me, but it sure did... the whole situation sucked for the daughter and lady, i feel so bad for them, when i left the grocery store, she was already inside the ambulance, im so sorry i feel very emotional for the whole situation, please help me cope :'(
