Anyone worked at Beverly & Company in Los Angeles? Good place for new agents?
Hey everyone! 👋
I recently got my real estate license and have been looking into different brokerages to start with. I came across Beverly & Company here in the Los Angeles area, and their commission split looks amazing, but I’m not sure what the training and support are like for new agents.
Has anyone here worked with them before (or currently does)? How’s the environment, broker involvement, and mentorship? I just want to make sure I’m joining a place that actually helps me learn and grow, not just one that offers a great split but leaves you on your own.
Would love to hear any experiences or advice! 🙏
