Water in gas?

Has anyone gotten gas at the new Circle K @ Capital Circle & Crawfordville lately? Car was acting really sluggish after a couple days. Got abt $10 worth and got worse the closer I approached E up until I stopped at a dif station and cracked opened the throttle a few times.
