Neck and face eczema will not clear on Rinvoq

I’ve been on Rinvoq 15mg for 12 weeks now. (Extra context: Dupixent did not work for me. When I started Rinvoq, my derm estimated that 90% of my body was covered in eczema and that was after four months on Dupixent, slowly getting worse week by week). The majority of my body has cleared, but the eczema on my neck, shoulders, face, and hands will not go away. Has anyone else experienced this? Do I just need to wait it out? I really don’t want to up my dosage to 30mg since it’s working for the rest of my body, but idk if that’s my only option since it’s already been three months. I have Protopic, and if I use it the eczema will go away, but it immediately comes back even after tapering. Any thoughts or experience? TIA 💗
