Little late to the party but here is another angle to Mridul’s outrage for Balti!

What I think is Mridul has tried everything and is not getting screen time and gets bashed in WKV.

So Mridul - Malti could have also happened because Mridul might have thought that this segment will be seen the most. So why not make a point here instead of 1 or 1 or silently because it has risk the scene might get cut or may not come out as intended!

So basically Mridul saw an opportunity and grabbed it! Also loved how GK never interrupted in that and let Mridul speak

Although now he and GK are seen more in the main ep.
