Pregnancy test help

I took a digital first response test this morning, it was yes+. Took another first response test this afternoon and it had a faint second line. I can’t tell if it’s a “line” or an indent line. Then drank a ton of water and tried a clear blue test - I now read you shouldn’t do that. Any thoughts?
