Bad shipping question

I bought a graded ASM 41 off of eBay, and it was not cheap. It was shipped in a bubble mailer with barely any padding. Even if there is no damage, do you think I should address it in the review to warn other people? Or maybe I should reach out to the seller and just give them a heads up not to do that in the future? What would you do in this situation?
