Is Square safe to buy?

So I made a post about not being able to talk to anybody there and it seems like it's kind of normal. They are backlogged on units right now. Having trouble getting them into Canada. Nobody from Square will answer any messages.

I mean it doesn't exactly scream confidence in the product.

You think if they were selling products like crazy to the point where they couldn't keep up they would at least try customer service but maybe they aren't making any money.
