We have a positions open that need filling by a superstar!

Position: Full Time Sous Chef

Minimum 2years experience as a sous chef, must know how to lead a strong team with confidence, personality, passion & professional.

Experience in fine dining/ upscale bistro dining ideal but not necessary.

• creating interchangeable degustation menus with NZ seasonal produce • creating special occasion menus • managing food costs • rostering • managing a smooth service • coaching / leading a team • overseeing & teaching junior chefs new skills/practises • clear communication with senior management, your team & front of house

Salary based on experience

must be a NZ resident or hold a valid work visa.
