Can I put my 2 week old in the MomCozy newborn carrier?

I’m so confused about if I can put my 2 week old in a front wearing baby carrier. I got the normal MomCozy and it was huge on her. So I ordered newborn one and now I see things online saying 2 weeks is too early for her hips. Any suggestions?
