Mutianyu Great Wall daytrip

I'm planning on visiting the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall since it is supposed to be much less crowded compared to Badaling since there's no proper public transport to Mutianyu.

I've obviously seen plenty of tours on trip.com & getyourguide, etc.

Would love to hear if people have some recommendations, or is it worth it to hire a private driver?
