Regarding Suae’s true heart levels

So I’ve read the manga from beginning to now but the one thing I never understood were the heart levels and with the hiatus I just kinda ignored it cuz it never seemed like a HUGE thing like I just knew she was apparently unloved or smth according to the system.

So hers was 0/0? But then turned to 600 smth / 0 in ch 114 bcs it was an errors but im confused on what the error is like, the 0 from the beginning?

Also one stands for how many ppl will fall in love with u / how many ppl have fallen in love?
