Clutch replacement?

I have a 2016 VT and I’m afraid it’s almost time for a clutch replacement. I have a lot of trouble shifting into reverse. How much approximately and where should I go? I have used two different mechanic shops but not sure they have enough experience. Heck, the Hyundai dealership said they didn’t get a lot of 6speed Sonatas when I brought it in. It has about 116,000 miles on it.
