Tirzapetide, Tesamorelin & Brazilian Butt Lift

I had a BBL in 2022 and my weight was 170 lbs. I then had a baby in 2023, my weight went up to 210 lbs during my pregnancy. I was able to get back down to 173 lbs post-partum, and after two months on tirzepatide, I am now at 159 lbs.

While effective for weight loss, this has negatively impacted my BBL results because unfortunately we can't choose where we lose the fat. My proposed plan is to transition to a maintenance dose of tirzepatide and introduce tesamorelin to address residual visceral adipose tissue in the abdomen. What are your thoughts on this approach?"
