HIRING] Commission-Based Jewellery Designer for New Collections

​We are an established jewellery manufacturer seeking a highly creative and skilled designer to develop innovative new pieces and collections.

​We are looking for a designer with strong skills in:

​Conceptualization & Sketching: Ability to create high-quality manual sketches and concept art (including Procreate designs). ​3D CAD Modeling: Production-ready CAD proficiency required in Rhino or MatrixGold. ​Production Feasibility: Designing pieces that are efficient to cast, set, and finish. ​Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise stone counts, weights, and measurements for manufacturing.

​Payment Structure (Commission Upon Approval) ​The designer will be paid a commission fee for every design when it is formally approved for manufacturing by our team. This structure ensures the designer is paid directly for their skilled work and provides clear compensation based on successfully meeting our production standards.
