Don't get the light bulbs it's not worth your time

I got 6 essential light bulbs and only had troubles. One box of 3 lamps kinda worked and kept going offline, the other 3 do not work at all. At first they blamed my thread border router because it was not supported, so I upgraded my Google TV to the new one which is supported.

I still can't connect 3 of those lamps via Google home, the setup just fails. When using their shit app they won't connect to via thread. It shows the Google tv as border router under thread but using the settings to change the lamps to thread does nothing. Just shows a spinner and then nothing...

When writing with support they are just useless and gaslighting you. You give them a list with thing you already did, like people won't try to reset the damn hardware etc on their own. Can't be their shit hardware or software that's the reason it does not work.
