How do I clean my windshield?

I like my Elantra. It’s snug, compact, reliable, and about as aerodynamic as average. But the windshield has a film of dirt on it and I can’t reach the damn thing. The aerodynamic windshield is way too slanty. I don’t have room to wriggle into a position that gives me access.I can sorta, kinda, barely reach it sitting in the seats, but it doesn’t need a cursory wipe, it needs a thorough polishing and I can only barely reach it. My right (dominant hand) shoulder is arthritic and has reduced range of motion and my left isn’t a lot better. I tried cleaning it with some special wipes and instead of a film, I now have a bunch of streaks.

Here’s the thing. I could easily clean the exterior by running through a car wash. I can vacuum the interior and handle most other interior cleaning. I’d happily pay someone to clean the windshield and back glass, but I can’t find anyone offering this service. The only service is detailing the whole interior which costs far more than I want to pay.
