Duties as a PSW

Hi everyone What is the role of a PSW? What are their duties?

• do they work under nurses, do nurses supervise them?

• do they work in hospitals? Or just with agencies and long term care homes?

• would your experience as a PSW help in nursing school to be a Registered Nurse?
