What teams will get KT2027 rules?

From what I understand, in November each year one season’s teams become unclassified but still receive rules updates.

Do we know which seasons’ teams will get new rules for KT2027? I’m considering building Chaos Cult, but it seems like Bheta-Decima is right on the cutoff and I’d rather make sure my next team will be useable in the next edition.
