Apartments at Iowa Email Issue

Does anyone have an alternative email besides the one on their website [ai@apartmentsatiowa.com]?

I've been emailing them for the past week about an appliance issue, and haven't received any reply. I know some landlord companies have a couple email addresses they use/might respond more to. I'd really like to get an issue resolved without escalating to the city housing inspectors, but not sure how I can avoid that if they won't acknowledge my emails </3
