Is it possible to transfer your Seamless coop progress from one pc to another?

I started playing seamless coop on my pc at my moms house last friday and i've made a lot of progress. Today i went to my dads house and had to install the mod again to play it. After i was done i launched the game and none of my progress had been saved and it was a brand new slot. I had guessed this would be the case. Is there any way to transfer over my progress to this pc?
