Is Rho'don the canon love interest?

Rho'don always refers to the Postknight as 'Lover' or 'My Love' and he's the only love interest to do so. The other's dialogue and interaction is vague enough to not be romantic. Of course it obviously is romantic with the other bonds but the player can interrupt the relationships however they like. Plus it's kinda weird to date like 10 people at the same time. And the option of dialogue in the bond events both have a option of a more platonic dialogue and a more romantic dialogue. Though Rho'don doesn't have that and your always refered to 'Lover'.
