I started worldbuilding for my first book

Hey guys, I started working on the worldbuilding for my first book, and I was wondering what tools I should be using, I don't want to use AI because it feels like cheating but I'm kind of struggling with smaller details. it's my first book so I'm still learning, I do have some worldbuilding experience from being a dungeon master but I want my book to have a detailed history and good lore, so any help/recommendations are welcome, Thanks :)
