Genuine new hobby intrigue

Hello all, I am a 32 year old man on the precipice of entering an unwanted 6 month career break due to ill mental health. As ill have a lot of time on my hands I am just after any helpful advice on hobbies I could do that are cheap and easy to get started with. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers
