AirPods Pros 3, right AirPod stuck on charging & phone won't recognize AirPods

Hey guys, would appreciate some help! Basically the issue started when my right AirPod even thought I would remove from the case would still say it's charging and wouldn't work. I tried to reset my AirPods by forgetting them on bluetooth and now even though the case flashes white, I'm unable to pair to my iPhone or MacBook.

Anything I could try? Thanks~
