Help out a noob who knows nothing about headphones.

Hi everyone. So I have had Sony XM4 but they died on me. I’m looking for headphones that block out talking voices. So basically ANC. I’m not a music person but I listen to a lot of videos and use them for work in cafes. I don’t want to spend more than $100 on these so can y’all please advise me on which ones would be the best in that budget. I do like the Marshall major VI design but unfortunately they are not ANC. 😭 Any recommendations will be a blessings.
