[M32]: How to date as an 5'5" male in NYC

I have been living in NYC for more than a decade and it has always been hard to date. Height and race both don't work in my favor. Any advice on how to be attractive to the women here. Dating apps don't work and I have tried asking out in person (cold approach) in the past and that never yielded result either. Any help is appreciated.
