Is swamp rend worth it?

Does it in any way stack with chain lightning damage? Is it worth getting the “swamp rend vs other enemies” lab done as well?

Is there any way that I can make poison swamp do damage besides getting the ultimate weapon + creepy death?

Is creepy death worth it?
