Dark Blonde Embrace the Gray

I’ve got dark blonde, warm toned hair. I noticed a few grays and am wondering if I should lighten my hair up to blend them in. Not trying to hide them, more looking for a strategy to roll with for the next decade as gray takes over. Gray hair is cool, though. So not sure of best approach. Also, I’m low maintenance and get my hair done every 3 months max.
