Periods age 32

I would love to know what the girlies with endometriosis are doing for their very bad periods.

I am a heavy bleeder, I bleed through ultra tampons every two hours at my heaviest days. My periods usually last eight days. Mild clots. My doctor recommends the mirena iud. I would love to know what people’s experience with that has been. As well as the best birth control with few side effects. Thank you.

Please also add if you are on any pill pills or what you have found natural remedies it is just very brutal. I don’t wanna go through a hysterectomy, but I will in last resort.
