Thanks to this subreddit I was able to actually donate to someone who needed it

I’ve been following this subreddit for a while but never really checked on it because my day is just too occupied and i’m active in other subreddits. I am the distributor/sole owner of a grant under my uncle’s name, who is no longer with us. This grant was worth 75k for part time, or 250k for full time. Though monetary, it’s expected to cover the tuition of an average 4 year public school. Each month i’m sent a list of potential recipients, and I noticed Slydell’s name on there, as well as a link to a gofundme, though I am not sure if this was sent as a joke, looking back on it. I read over it, did my research, and this subreddit popped up amongst a whole lot of other horrible social media sightings of this lady. Thanks to this, I was able to donate to someone else who actually needed it, which is the right thing to do. Anyways, hope you are all well, i do not frequent this sub often!
