Re: Plantar wart

I think I overdid it on trying to remove my plantar wart on the bottom of my toe. I had it frozen and then five days later started on at home salicylic treatments. It is now very red and irritated. I don’t think it’s infected. It’s just very irritated and red and it split open and just looks really deep. Please I could use some advice here!? Do I leave it alone? What do I do?
