DDIT - No trust or faith in the future with management after yesterday’s InfoMeeting

After yesterday's DDIT townhall meeting, I am left with a huge doubt whether I even trust the management in DDIT and with Thilde as the top figure. There is no plan at all for the future and it was not because any of them came up with any sensible and intelligent answer besides a lot of buzz words that were supposed to make it appear as if they had knowledge about their areas. The SAP nutcase seemed almost pathetic, he was so insecure when he had to answer questions and the scarecrow spoke in the east when asked in the west. Together with Mark, who is a clear disaster as a ciso and knows nothing about IT Security, compliance and data protection, it is probably only a matter of time before Novo is hit by a malicious attack after they have fired +50% of global security, while there is still a whole army of old Novo people who consistently oppose any form of innovation in IT security and who do everything to keep what they have always used and oppose other better performing platforms and services that can significantly increase the protection of Novo data. They have all been scoundrels of LRSF and got what they want. If pressure is not put on, this will continue and the security in Novo will become even lower and more fragile. I am very glad that I am not one of those who will have to save Novo from the storm when they are breached and with the management that is there now, they will definitely run in all directions as none of them have any understanding of IT, operations and Security.
