[TOMT] [Movie] Movie where a car falls off of an elevated freeway while two men are arrested

I watched this movie when I was a little kid so I dont remember much, but I just remember in the car there were two men in the front seats and in the backseats were a little boy and a passed out woman. They’re on the freeway and a police car is chasing after them, but I think they lose control of the car and hit the side barrier or something. The car hasn’t fallen yet, but it’s kind of tettering over the edge. The two men get out to deal with the police while the little boy and the passed-out woman stays in the car. The men get arrested while they watch the car fall off
