Help!! Hysterectomy in San Diego??

I’m a 22 year old female living in San Diego with endometriosis. Endo has caused me years of intense pain, abnormally heavy bleeding, pain with sex etc. There wasn’t a single doctor willing to even consider endometriosis as the cause, and for five years I was told my periods were “normal” and that it was anxiety. Two years ago I finally found a surgeon in Washington state who listened, and I had surgery. They found and removed many implants from my uterus as well as my pelvic wall. I’ve been doing well since then with medication, but recently I got a very heavy very painful period out of nowhere. I’m worried the endometriosis is back, as this has NEVER happened with this medicine and I triple checked that I hadn’t missed a dose. I never want children, I’d rather die, but I couldn’t even find a doctor for surgery let alone a hysterectomy. Has anyone had luck with a surgeon in San Diego willing to help a 22 year old woman who is single with no kids?
