Pixel 10 static lines on screen (retuned and still issue on 2nd phone)

I bought my wife a pixel 10 and we immediatly replaced it becasue static lines would randomly appear across the screen (im still trying or get a picture or video as the are really hard to predict or capture.) We returned it within like 3 days and got a replacement... but after just 2 days with the phone, the new phone is doing the same thing and I don't really know what to do now... should I try to do a second return? (Bought outright through our google fi accounts.)
