How I Used Just Naxlex Free Subscription to Pass My NCLEX and Become an RN in the US

I still remember the days when I was preparing for the NCLEX and couldn’t afford any of the big name review programs everyone was talking about. While others were using UWorld, Archer, or SimpleNursing, all I had was the free Naxlex subscription and a dream to one day call myself a Registered Nurse in the US.

Honestly, it wasn’t easy. The free version had limited access, fewer questions, no advanced analytics, and no full mock exams. Sometimes I’d finish all the available practice questions and feel stuck, wondering how I’d ever compete with people who had full access to premium tools.

But I made a decision: if Naxlex was all I had, then I’d give it everything. I repeated every free quiz multiple times, analyzed every rationale like my life depended on it, and created my own “mini review book” out of notes from those questions. On tough days, I’d go to bed frustrated and wake up questioning if I was even smart enough for this exam.

But deep down, I knew I didn’t come this far to give up now. So I kept going. I learned to make the most out of every free question, used Mark K audios to fill in the gaps.

When exam day came, I was trembling with fear but also full of quiet confidence. I reminded myself, “You built this knowledge brick by brick.”

And when I saw that “Congratulations! You passed the NCLEX!” email, I broke down in tears. It wasn’t just about the license, it was about proving that perseverance beats limitation.

Now I’m a Registered Nurse in the United States, and every time I wear my badge, I remember those sleepless nights with the free Naxlex app open on my phone.

To anyone studying with limited resources, please don’t give up. You don’t need the most expensive prep course. You just need consistency, determination, and faith. If I did it with only the free Naxlex plan… so can you.
