Zoom MS-80 IR+ for custom IR loading?

I am a violin player and recently got an electric violin and am curious to load IRs for it to make it sound like other acoustic instruments (violins, cellos, etc). I've seen various videos of people doing this with other pedals. I am assuming I can do it with this one as well but had a few questions.

1 - can I use a custom IR along other effects like overdrive or thelike?

2 - are custom IRs easy to load

3 - I read somewhere that only iOS devices can be used to tweak the pedal's settings. is that true?

Primarily, I like this pedal cause I don't need to run power to it. I like the idea of batteries or a USB power bank.. if there are other options that fit the criteria, let me know
