Applied for job with Licensed Sponsor -

I am currently on PSW. My visa is about to expire in January. My current job is not going to sponsor so I started looking for jobs. This time, I specifically targeted the companies who already have sponsorship license. I took the written assessment with them (45 mins), i had a great interview and then asked the question. Would you be able to sponsor me in future? i know the salary threshold matches so I even told them that. They said they already have someone in sponsorship so they will check with HR. Today I got the call, it started with you were an excellent candidate and our first choice but unfortunately HR is not sponsoring right now. Given the short timeline, we wouldnt be able to sponsor you. So I cried for a bit then got mad for a bit and then decided fudge this. I can’t keep doing this anymore. I am moving back home. I cant keep applying to jobs, having great interviews only to later be said we wanted to hire you but cant sponsor you! Sorry! The whole system is built in a way it doesn’t matter if you have skill, qualifications or experience. At the end you just have to be lucky enough to be born here.
