Games where organs (or body parts) play a role?

Hello, I've always liked dissecting things, and after playing rimworld and sulfur I was wondering if there are more games that offer the usage of organs, preferably manually getting them as well. The usage of organs can vary, I'm not picky, but I'm hoping they play at least some kind of role in the game and you can interact with them in some way.

I'm hoping games that are at least a bit more modern - circa 2010+, as old games usually don't vibe with me

Good examples : Rimworld - you can harvest organs and use them, or sell them. You can also get better organs and put them in your colonists

Sulfur - when using guns on enemies, there's a chance they'll drop an organ. You can use them in cooking recipes

Okay example : Kenshi - you can get better body parts and you can lose your body parts.
