Haven't Spoken to Sister for 20 years, She Has Kids Now, What Should I Do?

I haven't spoken to my sister for 20 years. She's still not nice to this day, and don't want to associate with her. She has kids now. What should I do or interact? Really don't want to associate (due to negative influence/peace of mind), but at the same token thinking about the kids. Looking for helpful advice
