Kalshi refusing payout

It has been soooo long I don’t quite remember the exact mentions market trade. I would have to go back months to find the pending position. But I believe it was the 250th anniversary speech from trump predicting he would not say the word Russia. It has been months now and the best thing I have been offered is free credit to bet on another market that I never used. it’s just stupid. Has anyone els had their money held up in a mentions market and who do you contact to speed the process up?
