Advice needed re chassis malfunction / tire rotation

I come here to learn, not to be mansplained, and I am very aware I know very little, so appreciate your gentleness and patience.

2017 x3 with no historical problems. Brakes are newish, new battery last year, got a clean bill of health from dealership last week when I went in for the recall issue.

Yesterday took it to Les Schwab to have tires rotated. Said everything looked good.

8 hours later, am driving down interstate and without warning (I didn’t hit anything) vehicle slows down and seizes up and goes into neutral. Screen says chassis destabilized, drive moderately. Barely got it to side of the road safely before it just stopped. Battery was still on but ignition nor fob weren’t registering. Will save you the sob story of waiting for hours in the dark alone for earth angel tow truck driver.

He speculated that a sensor or wire could’ve gotten knocked loose during tire rotation. Car is at the shop now awaiting diagnostics.

How do you recommend proceeding until I get the report. Like do I call Les Schwab to put them on notice? Would love your guesses on what it could be and/or advice on how to proceed.
